The twenty four filial piety hall is based on the twenty four filial piety stories compiled by Guo Jujing of the Yuan Dynasty. There are sculptures of filial piety stories of previous dynasties, such as "filial piety moves the sky", "Yongquan leaps carp" and "tasting soup and medicine".
